European Commission – Consultation on the Commission’s Guidelines for Clarifying the Scope of the General Rules for Artificial Intelligence in the AI Act

On 22 April, the Commission issued a press release seeking to contribute to the clarification of rules concerning general-purpose AI (GPAI) models and inviting stakeholders to draw on their practical experience to help shape clear and accessible EU rules for GPAI models through a targeted consultation that will contribute to the upcoming Commission guidelines.
