By virtue of the Decision No. ΥΠΠΟΑ/ΓΡΥΠ/647357/13799/22.11.2019 of the Minister of Culture and Sports, the operating license of the Collective Management Organization (CMO) ‘AUTODIAXEIRISI’ was provisionally revoked. This act was annulled in its entirety by the means of the Decision No. 14278/2023 of the Administrative Court of First Instance of Athens, a ruling which was upheld by the Administrative Court of Appeal of Athens via its Decision No. 3196/2025, following the dismissal of the appeal filed by the Ministry of Finance.
- Imposition of the recommendation of compliance under Art. 46 para. 4, Law No. 4481/2017 on the CMO ‘OSDEETE’.
- Imposition of the recommendation of compliance under Art. 46 para. 4, Law No. 4481/2017 on the CMO ‘THESPIS’.
- Imposition of an administrative fine to the Collective Management Organization under the distinctive title ‘Organismos Sillogikis Diaxeirisis Mousikon Pneymatikon Dikaiomaton -H AYTODIAXEIRISI- ASTIKOS SYNETAIRISMOS PERIORISMENIS EUTHINIS’ in accordance with Art. 46, Law No. 4481/2017.
- Revocation of the operating license of the Collective Management Organization (later of the Independent Management Entity referred to in Art. 50 Law No. 4481/2017) entitled ‘AEPI – Hellenic Society for the Protection of Intellectual Property SA’ (‘AEPI- Elliniki Etairia pros Prostasian tis Pneymatikis Idioktisias AE.’) and under the distinctive title ‘AEPI’.
