On 6.11.2024, in the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the HCO and the School of Law of the University of Athens, a visit of postgraduate students under the supervision of Mr. Konstantinos Christodoulou, Professor of Law of the University of Athens, took place at the offices of the HCO. The students will carry out an internship at the HCO, as an alternative to attending a course on copyright in accordance with the Guide to the Postgraduate Programme in Civil Law at the University of Athens.

On Thursday, November 21, 2024, the Hellenic Copyright Organization (HCO) participated in a training workshop for 5th grade teachers organized by the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) of A’ Athens (12th place).
On Thursday September 26, 2024 the scientific event entitled “The protection of cultural heritage from the perspective of copyright law” organized by the Hellenic Copyright Organization on the occasion of the celebration of the European Cultural Heritage Days (EHDC), was successfully carried out for the second consecutive year at the impressive premises of the Numismatic Museum. The celebration which was officially established as a European program by the Council of Europe in 1991 is supported by the Commission of the European Union and is dedicated to monuments and their maintenance.
The Hellenic Copyright Organization (HCO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) on August 2024 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Pan-European Seal Professional Training Programme (PES Talent Bank).

On September 6, on the initiative of the Intellectual Property Office of Slovenia a meeting of representatives of the authorities from 16 member states of the European Union, which supervise the work of collective management organizations regarding the management of intellectual and related rights, took place in Ljubljana.
The presentation of the new work “Copyright Law – Interpretation of the provisions of Laws 4961/2022 and 4996/2022” on the changes in copyright legislation in Greece was successfully held. The work is edited by Konstantinos Christodoulou, Panagiotis Tsiris, and Maria-Daphne Papadopoulou.
On Thursday 16 May 2024, the HCO and the Industrial Property Organization (OBI) held a seminar for the students of the 6th High School of Heraklion, Crete.
On 16 and 17 May 2024 the meeting of the pan-European network Intellectual Property (IP) In Education took place in Heraklion, Crete.
The HCO participated in the training of teachers that took place on 15.05.2024 in Heraklion, Crete. The training was organized in cooperation with the PEKES of Crete and the Industrial Property Organization (OBI) and was held in the framework of the EUIPO – IP in Education Network meeting.
