It was with great pleasure that the HCO participated in the two-day conference organized n 17.10.2026, by the Department of Early Childhood Education and Care at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) and the Greek Children’s Book Circle (Greek Section of IBBY).
In her opening remarks at the event, Maria G. Sinanidou, HCO Attorney and Scientific Associate:
- highlighted the importance of protecting the rights of creators (authors, illustrators, etc.) behind the creation of picture books and
- presented the educational activities and materials of copyrightschool.gr, HCO’s educational platform that offers tools and information to students, teachers, and parents.
