It was put out to Public Consultation on 17.1.2025 and will remain until 2.2.2025, 23. 00 the bill of the Ministry of Culture entitled “Reorganization of the legal entity under public law with the name “National Gallery-Museum Alexandros Soutsos” and the legal entity under private law with the name “Metropolitan Organization of Thessaloniki Fine Arts Museums”, …, regulations for the support programme for audiovisual works in Greece and other provisions under the responsibility of the Ministry of Culture”, where Part G, Articles 83-87 include provisions of interest to copyright law and in particular: on combating online piracy (a. 66E of Law 2121/1993), on the establishment of administrative sanctions in case of internet piracy, for the notification of complaints in case of infringement of copyright (a. 43 and 46 of Law 4481/2017) and ον the addition of broadcasters to the beneficiaries of the private copies levies of a. 18 of Law No. 2121/1993.
