Issuing of the order of the President of the D’ Section of the Council of State of 23/12/2019 about the Ministerial Decision ΥΠΠΟΑ/ΓΡΥΠ/647357/13799

On 23/12/2019 by order of the President of the D’ Section of the Council of State the above mentioned Ministerial Decision (ΥΠΠΟΑ/ΓΡΥΠ/647357/13799) has been suspended as far as the temporary revocation of its operating license as a collective management organization is concerned until the issuing of the decision of the Council of State’s Suspension Committee.
