Federal Court of Justice in Germany – Decision on copyright protection for Birkenstock sandals

On 20 February 2025, the Law 5179/2025 was published (Official Government Gazette A’/26), entitled as “Reorganization of the legal entity under public law named “National Gallery- Alexandros Soutsos Museum ” and the legal entity under private law named as “Metropolitan Organization of Thessaloniki Fine Arts Museums”, strengthening the activities of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall and of the Thessaloniki Film Festival, renaming the Preparatory and Professional School of Fine Arts of Panormos, Tinos into the Higher School of Fine Arts of Marble Arts of Panormos, Tinos, and restructuring of its operational framework, arrangements concerning the programme to support audiovisual works in Greece and other provisions”.
