The Court of Justice of the European Union on 26 April 2022, by its decision, rejected the appeal filed by Poland for the annulment of Article 17 of Directive 2019/790 on intellectual property rights and relatives in the digital single market (CDSM).
The topic for this year’s Intellectual Property Day (IP Day) by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is “IP and Youth: Innovating for a better future”.
On 07.04 and 08.04.2022 the HCO participated in an online seminar for offering assistance to the Government of Montenegro in aligning their copyright legislation with the EU acquis. During the seminar the HCO the Director and lawyers analysed the Greece’s experience in integrating EU Directives 2019/789 and 2019/790.
