The Hellenic Copyright Organization, in the context of its continuous monitoring of European developments in the field of copyright, informs that the European Commission is currently conducting a survey as part of the review of Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market (DSM Directive). The purpose of the survey is to assess the implementation and effectiveness of the Directive from the perspective of stakeholders and interested parties, through the collection of opinions and experiences.
