The presentation of the new work “Copyright Law – Interpretation of the provisions of Laws 4961/2022 and 4996/2022” on the changes in copyright legislation in Greece was successfully held. The work is edited by Konstantinos Christodoulou, Panagiotis Tsiris, and Maria-Daphne Papadopoulou.
This work provides an extensive interpretation of Laws 2121/1993 and 4481/2017, as amended by Laws 4996/2022, 4961/2022, and 5043/2023. It is aimed at legal professionals, judges, and researchers, serving as a valuable tool for understanding and applying the rules that protect creativity.
The scientific event for its presentation was organized by Sakkoula Publications on 28.05.2024 and included greetings from Michael Stathopoulos, Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Athens, regular member of the Academy of Athens, and Panagiotis Tsiris, Emeritus Professor at Panteion University, President of the HCO Board, Maria-Daphne Papadopoulou, Deputy Director of HCO, and speeches by Konstantinos Christodoulou, Evangelos Hatzikos, Court of Appeal Judge, and Ioanna Charalambous, Lawyer, and member of the HCO Board.
