The Hellenic Copyright Organization and the Knowledge Rights 21 Program are co-organizing a scientific conference entitled “Research and Intellectual Property Law,” with the support of the Industrial Property Organization (OBI) and the Collective Management Organization for Literary Works (OSDEL) and under the auspices of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The conference will take place on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Goethe-Institut Auditorium, 14-16 Omirou Street in Athens, and is an important opportunity to explore legal and other issues related to research, access to knowledge, and Open Science, and their intersection with intellectual property law. The initiative is part of the Hellenic Copyright Organization’s strategy to strengthen information and awareness in the field of research, in line with the European Commission’s increasing emphasis on this area.
