US Trade Representative's Office: Special 301 Report - Greece off the Watch List for the third consecutive year

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has published its 2023 Special 301 Report on the adequacy and effectiveness of IPR protection and enforcement by US trading partners. The annual report outlines USTR's findings for more than 100 U.S. trading partners after significant research and stakeholder conversations.

Greece is off the 301 List for the third consecutive year as, since 2020, it has taken significant steps to combat illegal software and online piracy. These steps purchasing software licenses for the public sector and introducing anti-piracy legislation.
