On November 28, 29 and 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (Athens time) a WIPO mediation and arbitration workshop (webinar) is going to be held.
The Workshop is designed for mediators, arbitration and IP lawyers, in-house counsel, patent and trademark attorneys, and business professionals wishing to familiarize themselves with international mediation and arbitration procedures and to receive training as neutrals or party representatives.

The aim of the workshop is to promote understanding of WIPO's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options for resolving intellectual property and technology disputes. The workshop will cover mediation and arbitration, with a particular focus on the practical application of the WIPO Arbitration, Arbitration and Expedited Arbitration Rules (including case examples), an industry perspective on dispute resolution, and guidance on drafting effective dispute resolution clauses.
