This year’s 17th Session of WIPO Advisory Committee on Enforcement (ACE), held in Geneva from 4 to 6 February, included a variety of topics on awareness raising on IP and online piracy and enforcement.

On 7 March 2025, the Hellenic Copyright Organization will celebrate its 30th anniversary by organizing an international conference under the title “Copyright in the Spotlight”. The conference will take place at Acropolis Museum, Dimitrios Pandermalis Auditorium, in Athens, 09:30-18:00.

The 3rd meeting of the Dedicated Network of administrative authorities on online piracy of live events was held on December 2 and 3, 2024 at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante, Spain.
On December 2 and 3, 2024, the 4th annual meeting of the Network of IP Academies (NIPA) was held in Alicante. The network is a member of the Pan European Seal Training Program (PES Talent Bank) of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
On Thursday, November 21, 2024, the Hellenic Copyright Organization (HCO) participated in a training workshop for 6th grade teachers organized by the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) of A’ Athens (12th place).
On 6.11.2024, in the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the HCO and the School of Law of the University of Athens, a visit of postgraduate students under the supervision of Mr. Konstantinos Christodoulou, Professor of Law of the University of Athens, took place at the offices of the HCO. The students will carry out an internship at the HCO, as an alternative to attending a course on copyright in accordance with the Guide to the Postgraduate Programme in Civil Law at the University of Athens.
